ECCC Letter to the College Area Community Planning Board on the El Cerrito Enclave Project

The El Cerrito Enclave Project proposes the demolition of an existing residence on a 0.62 acre site and subdivision of the lot into four parcels for construction of four single family residences. The project is scheduled for review on October 6 by the College Area Community Planning Board.
