Developer Presentations at the July ECCC Meeting

The Thursday July 15 ECCC meeting will feature presentations for two new developments on El Cajon Boulevard in El Cerrito and the College Area. The Family Health Centers of San Diego is planning to build a new clinic at the southwest corner of El Cajon Boulevard at Dayton Street in El Cerrito. The Palm Desert Development Company is proposing to build affordable rental housing on the north side of El Cajon Boulevard between Art Street and Seminole Drive.
